Joe Gledhill has been teaching in the fitness industry for nearly a decade.  He joined New Image Fitness at Woodkirk Valley Country Club in 2000, due to the continued success of the business in 2003 he bought out a partner and became a 50/50 shareholder.  The company went from strength to strength and in 2007 Joe bought the remaining shares.

In 2008 Joe signed Liam Crossley as an instructor and as a team they transformed the gym taking classes and personal training to another level.  It soon became apparent that Woodkirk Valley Country Club was not large enough to meet the members needs so in January this year Joe G's Fitness Centre relocated to stunning new premises with all the equipment their members need to achieve their goals at Topcliffe Mills, Morley.

Joe prides himself on the work both he and Liam have achieved, they are strength and conditioning specialists and their personal training is proving very popular with both male and female members because of their no holds barred attitude to getting results.  Liam has had fantastic results with his personal training clients wishing to partake in charity events such as Race For Life and The Great North Run and Joe has had great success in specific personal training for those taking the fire service entrance exam.

Joe G's is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 9.00pm and Saturday and Sunday 9.00am to 3.00pm.
